Why did I start MMH?

I started this company to provide a no risk way for struggling sellers and agents alike to market their properties both to their communities and beyond. Just because a property doesn’t sell in its first month on the market doesn’t mean it can’t be sold. All that means to me is that the right buyer hasn’t discovered it. My hope is that my service can connect that buyer to you!

About me

I am a former real estate agent turned real estate marketer. I have significant experience using and optimizing ad campaigns with multiple years of experience in real estate itself.

How do we market your home?

We pay for targeted digital ads that allow your listing on Zillow to be seen by interested buyers who have the budget to make a competitive offer on your home. Our goal is to cast as wide a net as possible while still only allowing qualified buyers to visit your Zillow page. We do that by filtering out who sees the ad by both income and location.

How do I Market with MMH?

Proof of ownership

A PDF attachment of a title or deed to the home. PDF or JPEG attachments only.

A small paragraph including…

If your property has been on the market before, the type of property it is (ex. single family, multifamily), if you’ve had any offers on the property and why they didn’t result in a sale, any and all updates you’ve made to the property recently, any information about the area the property is in that would help us market it, and any other information you’d like to share about your property, the area it is in, or your selling journey!

A Zillow link and your email

A Zillow link to the property you want us to market so we can check it out for ourselves and your email address so we can respond to your submission. A response will come within twenty four hours either with next steps to get your property marketed with us or a denial.

How many Impressions can you expect marketing with us?

Impressions are another term for ad hits. So every time your ad would load onto a potential buyers computer, phone, or tablet google ads would consider that one impression. All figures are estimates of how many impressions a seller could expect from marketing with us.

List price of $400,000 or less

Expect between 25,000-75,000 impressions by the end of your contract

List price between $400,000-$2,000,000

Expect between 50,000-150,000 impressions by the end of your contract

List price north of $2,000,000

Expect over 125,000 impressions by the end of your contract

How long is my contract with MMH?

A contract with us lasts for 180 days on market as well as up to 70 days off market pending approval. These days off market do not include time spent under agreement or pending sale. While your property is under agreement or pending sale we will pause your campaign meaning if the sale falls through you will still receive all 180 days of marketing while your property is actively on the market looking to be sold.

Can I use other forms of marketing while under contract with MMH?

Of course! We encourage you to get the word out about your property in any way possible! At the end of the day it’s your property and you should do everything you can to get it sold!

What if I’m an agent? Can I still use MMH?

You can! Just email me with your contact info, a Zillow link of the property you want marketed, and that small paragraph that we describe in the How do I market with MMH section
